The Company is actively seeking to acquire commercial, and other real properties, both existing assets and land for development. Asset classes of interest are:
- Retail: (strip shopping centers, neighborhood shopping centers, triple net single-tenant)
- Office: (multi-tenant Class A office, single tenant sale-leaseback, medical)
- Industrial: (flex and distribution)
- Multi-family: (apartments)
Typical projects may include mixed-use commercial, commercial business or industrial parks, medical office, Class A office buildings, shopping centers, and specific build-to-suit opportunities.
Properties offered for consideration will be subject to detailed submission standards and requirements designed to facilitate the analysis process and expedite the investment decision. All submittals must contain at least the following minimum information:
- Physical Description
- Market Information
- Location Map
- Site Plan/Survey
- Detailed Lease Summary/Franchise Agreement
- Argus File(s) or Electronic Cash Flows
- Detailed Rent Roll
- Existing Financing Information
- Operating Statements for Past 3 Years
- Floor Plans
- Color Photographs & Aerials
